Our Process is simple. 

If you live in the Bradenton/Sarasota/Tampa. For areas outside of these markets please consult with one of our agents.

1. A Home Assessment is scheduled with one of our agents. 
2. Home automation/Cybersecurity Consultant visits your home and conducts an assessment.
3. Customer is provided with solutions including a security assessment 48-72 hours after visit.
4. If wiring is needed for either home audio, ethernet or electrical a contractor is sent to do an estimate.
5. Customer selects final solution. and Intelligent Living Homes sends a contract for signing via DocuSign.
6. Deposit is made and Scheduling for installation
7.  Installation 
8. Security Assestment conducted by a Cybersecurity specialist 
9. Final inspection, and Test of all smart home devices
10. Walkthru and training for the homeowner.
